We offer free parking, WiFi, a large buffet breakfast, late check-out upon request, air conditioning, a 24 hour reception, beach establishment agreements, a sun room, a young and dynamic atmosphere. We are pet friendly. We also rent bicycles, we have a laundry service, free parking after check out, and accessibility to all.
Check-in & Check-out
Access to your room is guaranteed by 3 pm but you are able to check-in at our reception desk earlier. Before accessing your room, you have the possibility to deposit your luggage in our hotel, use our parking and our toilet facilities.
Departure time is 11 am. Parking and use of our facilities is available until late in the afternoon.

Arrival Time
If arrival is after 5 pm, please notify us. All reservations are considered CANCELLED after 5 pm.
Cancellation
If you booked a room or an apartment on our website or by phone, the deposit is not reimbursable. No shows are charged the full price on the proved credit card. Note: the credit card will be asked in order to guarantee the reservation. Hotel Happy has the right to control the validity of the card before your arrival, asking the authorization of the membership circuit.
Deposit
If you have reserved a room in our hotel, depending on the season, we ask a reservation guarantee or a deposit of a third of the amount.
If you have chosen an apartment, the deposit corresponds to a third of the total amount.
Children
All children under the age of two years old are allowed to sleep in their parents bed or in a crib. After the age of two years old, children pay the same price as adults.
Pets
Pets of a small or medium size are welcome in our Hotel, prior request. An additional cleaning charge of 10 to 30 euros will be applied.
City Tax
Starting on the 30th of September the Pietrasanta township applies a municipal tax of 1.50 euros per person (with the exception of children younger than 12 years old). This tax is a daily municipal tax and it is applicable to a maximum number of 7 nights.
Safe
We offer a safe on the first floor. Do you need a small safe? Please let us know on your arrival. There are no extra charges but you will have to sign a liability form. Our keys are single and if they are lost there will be a 200 euros replacement charge.
